Re: 12v battery discharge again

Further update on 12v battery. Good news: ADAS lane departure part came and fitted yesterday. Bad news: All warning lights back. Nissan Europe tech can’t help and escalated to Nissan Technical Japan!! Is my Ariya, in the whole of Europe with this fault, the only one that they don’t know how to fix? ...

Insurance

Just got my renewal notice, except it wasn’t, present Company (Flow an offshoot of LV) said that unfortunately they couldn’t give me a renewal price. So the usual rigmarole of getting new quotes. They ranged from £867 to £2,367. I live in a quiet rural village in Scotland. This is crazy. It’s not mu...

Re: 12v battery discharge again

Update on my 12v post:
Nissan Technical have told my dealer that the ADAS Lane Departure Warning unit needs replacing.
They can’t get the part for 3 days so I’m guessing it will be Monday before it is fitted and hopefully resolves the problem.
Still got the use of the Leaf courtesy car 😊

Re: Windows and roof opened by themselves

Good grief, just tried the long press on the unlock and yes it opened all windows and sunroof !!
What on earth is the logic of providing this function?

Re: New EV Owner

Michael,

The reason that the OHME charger goes over your 80% target is that the API of the Nissan can’t be got by the OHME, or so I’m told!
What you have to do is add the % you want to be at to the starting % of the car. So if you are sitting at 20% and want to get to 80% just add 60% as the target.
