As above. Are the doors aluminium? I'm concerned if it isn't but what do I do in any event? I can't find a stone chip repair kit in my Akatsuki copper colour anyway.

Use chip ex or paint nuts. There are loads more that will match your colour. Paint code is on the driver's door pillar.
