Nissan connect no updates

Hello,
Today i noticed the telemetric data is not updated in NissanConnect app. It shows a location from this morning and battery percentage is wrong. Also i can not turn on climate. The vehicle shows locked even if i am inside and door opened.

I tried reinstalling the app but still see old data from this morning.

Anybody else experiencing this problem?

Yes I have the same issue but I think it's the link to the mother ship..!
Have a look at the media touch screen, at the top left there is a car icon, it should have some
connection bars above it but mine has a diagonal line across it and if you try to open any of the
information channels it states unable to connect to centre. Hopefully will just have to wait until
Nissan fixes the issue.

Similar here, except data flow maybe stopped earlier. For me, SOC stopped flowing from the Nissan API at 04.45 BST today and the last time the Ohme app got the Nissan SOC was 06.45. Bit of a nuisance as it messes up charging (and I've driven 370 miles today) at home and means I have to stay with the car when charging away from home.

I also think it may be a failure of the OTA connectivity between the Ariya and Nissan as my vehicleis showing the car symbol with a line through it at the top of the infotainment screen.

Me too. My car is showing as being in the local Sainsbury's car park with 42% battery. That was correct at 8.30 am today but since then, the car has been out and about all day and when I put it on charge this evening it was showing 24% charge. As of now (7.20 pm) the app still thinks it's at Sainsbury's with 42%.

In the car, as has been pointed out, the car symbol with the line through it is on the info screen.

I asked Nissan UK about this on Xitter earlier and they said there were no problems and to contact Customer Service. I tried that, waited on hold for ages and then the call dropped. 3 people on social media responded to my tweet saying that they were also having the same issue (one in the UK, another in Barcelona) so I tweeted Nissan UK asking them to escalate the issue. They didn't respond.

It seems to work for me, no interruption in data and commands work instantly as always, I'm based on Spain though, no car with line on infotainment either.

Same here, have deleted and re-installed, still shows old data, car not plugged in - but it is and cannot do any remote commands.

This morning car is showing that it is locked the soc is correct but the range and odometer is still showing the same settings as yesterday.still slightly improved

Ah so it isn’t just me! Similar issue, despite being on my drive and plugged in, the app tells me I am parked 3 miles away and unplugged.
Deleted and reinstalled the app as well as logging out and back in but no joy.
Quite disappointed with the performance of the Nissan app when compared to the app for my wife’s car which although basic has always been reliable.

Exactly the same for me this morning. App still thinks the car is down the road at Sainsbury's and that the battery is 42%. It got to 24% and I charged it up to 68% yesterday but the app thinks otherwise.

I might try Nissan support again today. I know it must be a widespread issue but I always think the more people that hassle them, the more likely they'll feel the pressure to sort things out... ;)
