EV System Malfunction Error
Hello
Have you finally found a fault with your car or has the workshop fixed it, since I have a car that cannot be charged as you describe, if you have solved the problem, will you tell me, then I can talk to the technician, maybe it will be easier to find the error.
Thanks

This has happened to me twice now. On the first occasion the car would not start or budge. Today’s however the car drove normally but had the error on the dash. Both have been fixed by disconnecting the 12v battery in the boot, leaving the car 5 minutes until the 12v system completely powers down (you can hear the car make a noise when it does this) then re connecting the 12v battery. No issues on the dash, no warning messages and car works fine. For how long I don’t know but I carry a pair of pliers in the boot just incase. Not good on such an expensive car.
I carry. Booster box to get in the boot if it's locked and no power. That gets me going and then disconnect the 12v battery as you say. However since turning of welcome lights, auto lock unlock ect, off I don't have any issues per day. Mainly when washing the car. The constant lock unlock drained the battery. If I left the keys In the garage out of the way, the alarm would go off as soon as I pressure washed the windscreen, even gently.
Apart from sensor, HVAC , lumbar and retracting steering wheel when you open the passenger door issues!! and break squealing again, it's been ok.

With regards to my Ariya evolve 24, this from dealership, car been in now 2 weeks.
Unfortunately we are carrying out a lot of testing as Nissan are getting us to be a lot more thorough with our EV testing at the moment.
I appreciate your patience and cooperation.
I do not expect it to be ready tomorrow I'm afraid.

Hi, have you solved this issue? How? I have the same and the dealer have no idea. Thanks!paulm wrote: ↑Tue Jul 04, 2023 7:11 am I've been having an issue with my car, since new, that sometimes after charging (on average I would say one in seven times, but there is no real pattern to it) the following error message appears:

It has been back to the dealer a few times, most recently for a week, and they say that the Nissan taskforce for Ariyas cannot find anything wrong. After the last visit, Nissan said that it was most likely related to my charger, which is a Rolec model, but as I was leaving the dealer I unplugged it from their charger and the same error message came up, so clearly that is not the case.
I've also noted that when I charge the car overnight it is sometimes the case that the car disconnects from the charger and then immediately reconnects - some nights it has disconnected and reconnected six times in a four hour period. However, there is no obvious link between the error message appearing and nights when the car disconnects multiple times. Here is an example from the NissanConnect App:

I wondered if anybody else had either seen this error message or has the disconnection issue occurring regularly when charging?
Neither of these actually causes any issue, my car charges just as much on nights that either of them happen as nights that neither do, so I am not too worried about it at the moment, but obviously the error message should not be coming up regularly and it eventually needs fixing. The dealer, who I have used previously, has been great, but they are very much in the hands of Nissan with Ariya issues.
