Yes I can confirm that the normal process of removing the car from the Ohme app and reconnecting to the Nissan API has fixed the issues.
This seems to be after every Tune Up as Nissan call it or monthly when an authentication token expires after 30days.
Ohme Home Pro charger not connecting/detecting Ariya charge level/range

It's been broken for me for a couple of weeks. Unpairing the car and then repairing it hasn't resolved it for me this time, despite working in the past. The integration between Nissan and Ohme seems to be really fragile and has broken many times since I got the car and charger. Now paying £1.99 for the battery charge manager and without Ohme being able to access this information it feels really pointless.

Hi all Ohme home pro users!. This is relevant if you have a Nissan Ariya and the ohme home pro setup like me. I have come to understand that if Maps & Live Traffic isnt showing in your NissanConnect services app ie that you do not have an active subscription to it (It completely vanished from my nissan app, after the expiry date, so I was unable to re-subscribe) then it also affects Nissans Location Services in the vehicle. You may notice that Nissan's connect services (on the car infotainment screen) doesnt show weather info or allow Live traffic updates to be turned on in map settings. I noticed as soon as Maps & Live Traffic feature vanished from Nissan's app, the Ohme App couldnt detect my cars battery staus. It wouldnt even connect to the car. So Nissan's missing feature clearly affected Ohme's app ability to see the car status. After two months of emails to Nissan head office and their elusive 'server team', I finally got Maps and live traffic back in Nissans app (today!). As expected Ohme's app began detecting the battery staus again once I re-paired the car to Ohme's app. It irked me that it took Nissan 2 months to switch 'location services' (part of Maps & Live Traffic in Nissan's store) back on.
All I could do in the mean time was unpair the car in Ohmes app, and manually tell ohme how much to top-up by, after looking at the battery percentage in Nissans app. It was a pain to be fair. So I hope this info helps somebody else. My maps & live traffic subscription expires again in Feb 26, So I foresee a repeat of this entire rigmarole happening again next year. Good luck with yours!
