It would happen when I'm trying to set up IOG
The app is showing this:
Nissan connect no updates

Not an issue as such but I am trying to set up IOG, which requires both the app and CP to not be calling for a charge or having one scheduled. So I did this and plugged the car in so I could do an Octopus test connection. That reported as failed, maybe due to the car appearing "off line", as Octopus says the car may not be plugged in, it is. So neither the Nissan app is calling for a charge or my charge point but the car was charging and I have no idea why. And charging at my day rate Why, or more to the point how? I assume the car is using the charge point as if it is a plug socket, which of course it is. But I didn't push the charge button in the car, the respective apps shouldn't be involved and Octopus say there's a problem, I'm stumped as to why.mrbiggles72 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 16, 2024 11:41 am Has anyone had charging issues whilst this issue has been ongoing?

p.s. None of this excuses Nissan from not contacting owners to let them know WTF is happening. Legacy automakers are going to hell in a hand cart and customer service is supplying the cart.
Yes. Last night car was 9%, Ohme/IOG though it was 0%. I set Ohme to charge to 80% thinking I might get 80%, worse case it will go to 89%. No such luck. Somewhere during the night Nissan sent out-of-date data to Ohme/IOG saying the SOC was much higher than it actually was. Ohme clearly recalculated and I ended up with 56%, not 80%+. Humph!mrbiggles72 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 16, 2024 11:41 am Has anyone had charging issues whilst this issue has been ongoing?
I am charging mine from work right now and interestingly the car has just hit 100%. How do I know this? Because I was sent a push notification from the app telling me my car has stopped charging. It also sent me a message when I started charging it.
So some of the app/connections are still working.

As has been pointed out, the completion date in the app has changed. I thought it was pretty daft for them to put a date and also show it as "planned maintenance". Clearly this was unexpected and as anyone who works in tech (like me) will tell you, an unexpected problem can't have a fixed resolution date/time. When I saw that I expected it to change and it did.
On the plus side, I noticed this morning when I went out in my Ariya that the car symbol on the infotainment system is no longer showing with a line through it. For the first time in 2 days it's showing the correct symbol. Perhaps they're making some progress...
