Regarding the relay, after following the procedure for disassembling the battery you have to check if the pressure sensor harness connection is good.
Next is checking continuity between junction box harness connector (LB11) and vehicle communication harness connector (LB2) as follows: S15 with 5, S17 with 18, S21 with 25 and S22 with 15, also check for short to ground and short to lines.
Next is checking continuity between junction box (LB11) and LBC harness connector (LB18) on S20 with 46, also check for short to ground and short to lines.
If all this is good then the junction box needs to be replaced, which contains the high voltage battery current sensor.
It's that pesky 12V battery yet again...
Hi. Got my car back after nearly 9 weeks. Had the body control module replaced. Still need to check module number to see if has changed! I would like to think a new module would have a new number? Not sure. See pics for the report.
One part seems to say fitted new BCM but fault still remains, then it's ok, maybe after a clear code perhaps. See how it runs. Not sure what 20 amp was missing though, that's odd!

New BCM comes blank from factory, the dealer has to connect the car to Nissan servers to program the new BCM with the specific factory configuration of your car.karltk1 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2024 4:39 pm Hi. Take into account that the Ariya is the first Nissan model to use this in cloud diagnostic method that is mandatory to use for all dealers globally for this model, so the brand knows if your car has a new BCM or not and if the dealer did it effectively.
