I’m based in the UK and I have the AWD e-4orce 87kwh evolve (306ps) I was just wondering as the evolve+ version has the same AWD e-4orce 87kwh battery/ motors, yet it achieves 394ps .. is there a software update / other upgrade you can get for mine to get the full power out of the car?

Is it possible to get more power?
As far as I know motors, reducers and battery between the 87kWh AWD Baseline and Performance Ariya variants (don't know about the Nismo one, if it has a different reducer) are the same physically, although I can't confirm if inverters are the same between both and can be different with the latter having more powerful IGBT's and so on.
In any case even if the inverters were the same and therefore all hardware is the same, knowing that the Ariya can only be reprogrammed currently with Nissan Consult 4 on cloud server diagnostics system and configuration is locked to VIN from factory I doubt anyone aside from Nissan themselves currently knows how to do it.
If you're only asking from a consumer point to Nissan no, no upgrades are available after factory.
