I was puzzled when I couldn't log in to NissanConnect to check the SoC without venturing out into the freezing sleet/rain(!), until I had the brainwave of trying (yet) again to reconnect our Ariya to Octopus Energy's "Intelligent Octopus Go"... I've posted elsewhere about how, on the expiry of our "subscriptions", the IOG infrastructure couldn't connect properly any more. But I'd noticed on each new try that the on-boarding, when getting to the Enode infrastructure (this is the "glue" software that IOG uses to scrape the car data from NissanConnect to Octopus' servers and back again, sending commands back to car), it always said "already signed in". So I tried, and... guess what? The API failed at that point with "Unexpected error" instead of confirming the existing log-in.
So, it looks like NissanConnect is down...?
Update: It seems to be back but it's v...e...r...y... s...l...o...w..., showing 0% charge for a couple of minutes then suddenly updating to the correct SoC. But the notifications are the same, and on returning to the main front page the SoC is back to 0% again. Honestly, it's like watching paint dry...
NissanConnect down?
