weird one this...
on the store/shop section on my nissan app i dont have 'maps and live traffic' subscription showing..

all i have is the intelligent route planner subscription [£2.99] and driving history/analysis in the navigation section.
i've talked to nissan customer services and havnt had much joy ..
i have the latest updated app.
any one else experiencing this missing subscription?

The same happened to me after trying to resubscribe after the first year free period. It is currently in the hands of the tech team I hope. I have the Connect app on both an Apple and an Android device and the option to subscribe appears on neither

If you have or are interested in the "Intelligent Octopus Go" tariff from Octopus Energy, be advised that it needs a "Location Services" subscription on NissanConnect... except none of the subscriptions listed make any explicit mention of "Location Services".

I've just checked... my subscriptions, too, have just expired, and I also only have two subscriptions still listed under "Navigation" - no "Maps and Live Traffic".
Just for the hell of it, I logged out, deleted the app, re-installed it, and logged-in again - no change. So it looks as thought this is an infrastructure issue and nothing to do with the app. Don't hold your breath for the fix, though...

I have same issue, notified Nissan customer care team over 6 weeks ago no change. In the Nissan Connect app under Profile there is a tab called vehicle data…. Shows Ariya…. Click on that and it lists all the Nissan Connect Serices your car has and their status, i show 50 out of 64 as active so 14 have been deactivated. I subscribed to everything except car tracking, made no difference. Google search, google street view, premium traffic parking info ( pin to locate where you parked), charge point info, plug in reminder, charge spots updates all being deactivated after tree trail period….. but no way to reactivate even if you subscribe to everything, and no communication or solution form Nissan UK…. I have to keep chasing
