I just had my tyres checked at the 1 year service - this has nothing to do with all the faults on the car. Just the cabin filter change and safety inspection like tyres.
Well I was shocked to hear that I will need new tyres soon as they only have 2mm of tread left.
The car has only done 5800 miles in the past year. I have never had a car that needs new tyres this soon.
I really think its down to those terrible Dunlops they fitted instead of the Bridgestones that should have come with the car.
Anyone else had a chance to look at how much tread they have left? I know some people have Bridgestones and curious if they have worn less.

7000 miles, tires are nearly new, I already went to do the permutation of them and the shop was socked how new they were for the milage.

Hi all I have just got ..my E4orce yesterday - unfortunately it has Dunlops :-( I know these will wear like crazy (crica 20k)...... Just thought I would give you guys a heads up tip. I used to have a Discovery 4 2.5 tons perminant 4wd...a beast....I changed the tyres to Hankook AT tyres.......away from Scorpions.....I did 50000 miles on them....and had 5.5mm of tread left on all tyres!!!...they were amazing. I had a freelander before and that did 45k with 6mm tread left. I notice that Hankook do Ion EV tyres which get very good reviews in the German press....if my Dunlops go....which they will it will be Hankooks for me...

15000 miles now, Dunlops FWD 19" factory tires now nearly at half of their usability, second permutation already done. Very happy so far, seems they will last 30K at least, not sure if they will last 40K though. Can't see premature wear and tear on my Dunlops as others have said.
