Accessing the charge type screen

I have had my Ariya a week and managed to sort out a few issues, today when I went to 2 CSS both failed to charge? I seem to remember the showroom showing me how to select charge 7KW etc but just cannot seem to locate now? Any help will be appreciated.

I think you mean CCS? Usually the car decides the charge rate depending on factors such as SOC, battery temperature etc. I didn't know you could choose. Do you know why the charge failed?

You can't select what kind of charge you want in the car, what you have seen on the showroom is to select the charge rate for the car to give you an estimated charging time for you as a handy information.
